Software License Agreement

Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, WPXERO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our WordPress plugins according to the license type purchased. This license permits you to:

• Install and use the plugin on the authorized number of websites
• Modify the plugin code to suit your specific needs
• Use the plugin for commercial purposes (where applicable)
• Receive updates and support according to your license level

License Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the plugin files (except Developer License)
• Removing or altering copyright notices or attribution
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the plugin for competitive purposes
• Using the plugin on more websites than your license permits
• Sublicensing the plugin to third parties (except Developer License)
• Creating derivative works for commercial distribution

Updates and Support

Plugin Updates

Annual Licenses: Your license includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. Updates include bug fixes, security patches, and new features. After the 12-month period, you can continue using the plugin but won't receive updates unless you renew your license.

Lifetime Licenses: Lifetime license holders receive unlimited updates for the lifetime of the product. This includes all bug fixes, security patches, new features, and major version upgrades at no additional cost.

Technical Support

Support is provided according to your license level and type:

• Personal (Annual): Email support with 48-hour response time for 12 months
• Personal (Lifetime): Lifetime email support with 48-hour response time
• Business (Annual): Priority email support with 24-hour response for 12 months
• Business (Lifetime): Lifetime priority support with 24-hour response
• Agency (Annual): Priority support with direct developer access for 12 months
• Agency (Lifetime): Lifetime priority support with dedicated developer access

Lifetime License Terms

Lifetime licenses provide perpetual access to the purchased plugin under the following terms:

• Duration: The license is valid for the lifetime of the product
• Updates: Includes all future updates, features, and major versions
• Support: Lifetime access to priority technical support
• Transferability: Lifetime licenses are non-transferable
• Product Discontinuation: If a product is discontinued, lifetime license holders will receive the final version and may continue using it indefinitely
• Scope: Lifetime license applies to the specific product purchased and does not extend to separate products or bundles

Ownership and Copyright

WPXERO retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the plugins, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or branding elements.

Any modifications you make to the plugin code remain your property, but the underlying plugin code remains the property of WPXERO.

License Validation

Some plugins may include license validation features to ensure compliance with license terms. This may involve:

• Periodic license key verification
• Domain validation for authorized websites
• Usage monitoring to prevent license violations

Circumventing or disabling license validation is prohibited and may result in license termination.

License Transfer

Licenses may be transferred under the following conditions:

• Personal and Business licenses: Not transferable
• Agency licenses: Transferable with written consent from WPXERO
• Lifetime licenses (all types): Not transferable under any circumstances
• Transfer requests must include valid business justification
• Original licensee must cease all use upon transfer

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by license type:

• Annual Licenses: 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
• Lifetime Licenses: 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• License keys are deactivated upon refund approval

Warranty and Disclaimer

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure our plugins are bug-free and compatible with WordPress, we cannot guarantee:

• Compatibility with all themes and plugins
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Meeting specific performance requirements
• Compatibility with future WordPress versions

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WPXERO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Website downtime or performance issues
• Third-party claims or damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the license

License Termination

This license may be terminated:

• Automatically upon violation of license terms
• By WPXERO with 30 days written notice
• By licensee at any time by ceasing use of the plugin
• Upon refund of the license fee

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the plugin and remove it from all websites. Lifetime licenses are subject to the same termination conditions for license violations.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WPXERO operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
